Huajin Group’s output per year now is: Synthetic ammonia 600000 tons, urea 1100000 tons, compound fertilizer 200000 tons, ethane 160000 tons, polythene 130000 tons, polypropylene 50000 tons, styrene 60000 tons, polystyrene 40000 tons, ABS 50000 tons, methanol 60000 tons, creosote 10000 tons, mellow 8400 tons, butadiene 25000 tons, polythene farming theca 15000 tons, PVC material 7000 tons, PVC door and windows 450000 centiare, intwine sack 25000000 bars.
“Huajin” urea is a recognized famous product free of inspection in China, thus its quality is at high level. “Huajin” slow-discarding urea can prolong effect of fertilizer, improve yield and quality. “Huajin” composite fertilizer is a famous product of Liaoning Province, has 20 more types like fertilizer for general purpose, special fertilizer for rice, corn, wheat and soybean, high-nitrogen urea-based fertilizer and high-nitrogen sulfur-based fertilizer.。

四、the important development project
Next significant development projects are as follows, according to the general blueprint of Huajin group to construct three major production bases in Panjin, Jinxi and Sinkiang:
1. The alteration and development in Panjin base are based on the adjustment and alteration on ethylene and fertilizer. Firstly, accomplish the 460,000-ton ethylene alteration and enlargement project that is of the first batch of national debt projects. It adopts the program of string added alteration to enlarge the ethylene production scale from 160,000 tons a year to 600,000 tons a year. Secondly, accomplish ABS output increase and match alteration project. It matches the PBL and SAN to achieve output-increasing alteration based on the success of ABS reaction time shortening alteration. The project will transform 50,000 tons of ABS into 100,000 tons of ABS. Thirdly, accomplish the second phase of project of Liaohe fertilizer alteration. The first phase of the project that transforms into self-heated-mode synthetic ammonia has been accomplished at the end of 2003, and the second phase of project will increase the output of Liaohe fertilizer to 450,000 tons a year by 50 per cent and to 72,000 tons a year in synthetic ammonia and urea respectively, while enlarge the output of the composite fertilizer equipment from 200,000 tons a year to 1 million tons a year.
2. The construction of Jinxi base focuses on the construction of 300,000-ton methanol project with the post-processing product of 200,000 tons of acetic acid based on the construction of sea oil field and natural gas in Jinxi. The investment of the project reaches to 1.3 billion yuan with the 1.1 billion yuan of income increase and 220 million yuan of profit.
3. The construction of the Xinjiang base focuses on the construction of the second sets of fertilizer project in Xinjiang based on the first set of fertilizer project that is finished in 2005. The second set of 300,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 520,000 tons of urea equipment will be constructed with domestic technologies according to the particular policy in Xinjiang and the local resource advantages. The gross investment will reach to 1.4 billion yuan with the 582.4 million yuan of sales income and 140 million yuan of annual gross profit.
